Privacy
This draft describes the current static website. It covers visits and initial enquiries; separate information may be needed for tattoo appointments, health information and publication of client photographs.
Hosting and secure delivery
The operator reports that the website is hosted through Cloudflare. Visits involve processing technical connection data such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp and browser information to deliver the site and detect attacks. The proposed legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in a reliable and secure website. Recipients and international processing
Cloudflare operates an international network; processing outside the EEA is possible. Email and telephone enquiries
Contact links open your email or telephone app. The website itself does not send a message and has no upload or booking form. When you contact the artist, your contact details, message and project information you volunteer are used to handle the enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR is envisaged for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries; general correspondence may rely on Article 6(1)(f). The email provider and its processing still need to be identified. Without information needed to respond, it may not be possible to handle your enquiry.
Photographs and sensitive information
Do not send health information, identity documents or intimate photographs with an initial enquiry. Start with a general description of your idea. An email link is not a protected upload channel. If special information is needed later, its purpose, an appropriate transfer method and the necessary information or consent will be addressed separately.
Browser storage, cookies and analytics
Fonts and images are served locally. The intimate page’s age confirmation stores only the value “yes” under “fn-adult-confirmed-v1” in this browser tab’s sessionStorage. It collects no date of birth or identification. Remove the confirmation using “Reset age confirmation” on that page or clear the site’s browser data. This value is not actively sent to a server; browsers may restore sessions. Language selection uses separate URLs. Google Analytics (gtag.js) loads only after you accept the consent banner; without consent, no measurement data is sent to Google. The website stores your decision for 1 year in the cookie “fn-analytics-consent” (values “accepted” or “declined”). On acceptance, Google Analytics sets its own cookies such as “_ga” and “_gid” and processes usage data such as pages visited plus device and browser information; transfers to Google in the USA are possible. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25 TDDDG. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting the website cookies or browser data; the banner then appears again. Depending on enabled protection features, Cloudflare may set additional security cookies; the actual features, cookie names, durations and assessment under section 25 TDDDG must be checked before publication.
External links
Instagram and other external websites are linked, not embedded. Your browser opens another provider only when you follow a link. That provider’s privacy information then applies. This website uses a no-referrer policy so the referring page is not disclosed through the Referer header during such navigation.
Retention
See above for browser storage. The operator must still establish or confirm specific retention periods for Cloudflare logs and email enquiries. Personal information should be kept only as long as needed for its purpose; legal retention obligations or establishing legal claims may require longer periods. This draft does not invent a fixed deletion period.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation; you may object to direct marketing at any time.
